Wok-The-Talks Sharing Session on 25/4/09, 16/5/09, 23/5/09 & 30/5/09

Fried Beehoon Chicken Bolognaise
Ingredients :
1 pkt brown rice beehoon 30 ml olive oil
600g minced chicken 2 tbsp soya sauce
100g celery ) 300 g tomato sauce
100g carrot ) chopped 1 litre chicken stock
100g onion ) corn starch
20 g garlic salt, sugar and pepper to taste
Method :
  1. Soaked brown rice beehoon till soft, drain.
  2. Heat pan with oil and fry beehoon with soya sauce.
  3. Heat oil and fry garlic with minced chicken till dry.
  4. Put in the chopped vegetables. Add in tomato sauce.
  5. Pour in the chicken stock and bring to boil.
  6. Simmer for 20 mins and season to taste.
  7. Thicken sauce with cornstarch. Pour sauce over beehoon
